Welcome to Skylisto. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, listing a business, posting a review, or otherwise using Skylisto, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

• One account per person or business entity
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Business Listings

When listing a business on Skylisto, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner or authorized representative of the business
• All information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• You have the right to use any images, logos, or content uploaded
• Your business operates legally in its jurisdiction

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject any listing that violates these terms or our community guidelines without prior notice.

4. Reviews

Users may post reviews and ratings for businesses listed on Skylisto. By posting a review, you agree that:

• Your review is based on a genuine experience with the business
• Your review is honest, fair, and not intended to harass or defame
• You will not post fake, incentivized, or competitor-targeted reviews
• You grant Skylisto a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your review

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines or are reported as fraudulent.

5. Payments

Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase as per our refund policy

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Skylisto platform are owned by or licensed to Skylisto. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without prior written consent.

Content you upload (business information, photos, reviews) remains your property, but you grant Skylisto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our platform in a manner that could harm other users or our business. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be revoked
• Your business listings may be deactivated or removed
• Any outstanding subscription fees remain due
• You may request export of your data within 30 days

8. Limitation of Liability

Skylisto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any business listing, review, or information on our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for disputes between users and listed businesses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
